Let’s make it

  1. Add the bell peppers, red onion, minced garlic, garlic pepper seasoning, Italian seasoning, any additional seasonings, and olive oil to a large pan. Sauté for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the stewed tomatoes, including their juices, and mix. Sprinkle with basil and let simmer while you prepare the pasta and chicken.
  3. Boil the angel hair pasta according to the package directions. Drain, then toss with 2 tsp butter and a sprinkle of basil.
  4. Air-fry the whole boneless, skinless chicken thighs at 400°F for about 18 minutes, or until the thickest part reaches 165°F. Time varies with thigh size and air fryer; cook in batches if needed.
  5. Add the cooked chicken thighs whole to the tomato and bell pepper mixture. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  6. Spoon pasta onto each plate. Top with a whole chicken thigh and some tomato and bell pepper sauce. Enjoy!
